1.Maintain weight
2.Reduce high blood pressure
3.Reduce risk for type 2 diabetes, heart attack, stroke, and several forms of cancer
5.Reduce arthritis pain and associated disability
6.Reduce risk for osteoporosis and falls
7.Reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety
